Delta Days at the Capitol (DDAC) is the activation of Delta’s national social action thrust, serving as a vehicle for advocacy and effecting social change and public policy. Plans are underway for the 2018 Delta Days at the Alabama State Capitol to be held Wednesday, March 21, and Thursday March 22, 2018, in Montgomery, AL.
Under the theme: “Defining the Moment…Believing in the Power of WE,” the DDAC Steering Committee has formulated an enriching and informative conference designed to address critical issues of importance to all residents of Alabama along with continued discussion about how Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. can be an advocate for the voiceless in our communities. We are in critical times. Silence is consent and we will no longer be silent. It is imperative that each of us move beyond our comfort zones and begin to action…social action.
